Q: How do I install a PlayPro Interactive product?
A: If you have "Auto insert notification" activated under Windows, PlayPro products will automatically install. Otherwise you will need to activate "Auto insert notification" or install manually.
Q: What does "ERROR_VGARESOLUTION was not found in string..." mean?
A: PlayPro software is designed to run at a Windows Screen Resolution of 800x600. Currently your Windows Screen Resolution is set to 640x480, therefore you need to change it to 800x600.
Q: How do I connect my instrument to my computer?
A: You connect your guitar or bass to your computer by plugging the Jack Adapter provided with your software package into your computer's sound card microphone input.
 
 
 
 
Q: I have connected my instrument correctly, why can't I hear it?
A: It is most likely that you need to set up the Windows Mixer to use the microphone input of your sound card correctly. SHOW ME HOW
 
 
 
 
Q: Why is the video not displaying correctly in the Video Player?
A: The most likely reason would be a problem with the Indeo Video Codec. Try installing the latest version of the Codec. GET IT HERE
